Therapy can provide support in times of personal crisis, and can help if you are struggling with stress or painful emotions. By talking through your problems or concerns, we can help you to see solutions you didn’t know were there, whilst helping you to find ways to cope better and move on in life.
One-to-one sessions are typically 50 minutes. Duration is assessed on a case-by-case basis but is typically a minimum of 4 sessions with some clients requiring much longer-term support.
Family, group or couple sessions can also be arranged.
