We offer traditional talk therapy for those who wish to talk with a professional who will understand, empathise and care.
We also provide expressive therapies and counselling for children, adolescents and adults who find talking more difficult. Using mediums such as art, play, music, sand and symbols, you can work through difficult issues, release deeply held emotions, address past traumas and improve your emotional wellbeing.
